The Supply Chain Division provides service parts and inventory solutions to field service organisations throughout Europe.

The Division has two operating companies who work together to provide integrated, complementary services across a number of product sectors.

• Acal Supply Chain Limited works with OEM’s, third party maintainers and end users providing reactive spares services, proactive inventory solutions and OEM authorised parts supply across multi-vendor Enterprise products and printer platforms and all major OEM`s for portable, desktop PC and Wintel platforms.
• EAF is based in Germany and provides aftermarket services including OEM parts distribution and warranty support on behalf of a number of leading OEMs.

Key to the success of the Division is the high level of technical experience held over a wide number of product platforms and manufacturers. This experience ensures that the quality of product supplied is unrivalled and the profile of inventory held is meticulously planned and maintained. The resulting benefits customers enjoy include visible cost savings from spares reliability, high product availability and placement in line with service level agreements.

The Division supports a European- wide customer base with reactive product supply and value added inventory solutions, incorporating returns processing, repairs loops logistics and warranty management. This means large service organisations can now work with a single supply partner, reducing or removing their stock holding of parts and the costs associated with inventory ownership and rely on an end to end service to support their field engineering requirements.
