Major Shareholders

The issued share capital of the Company comprises 28,479,804 ordinary shares of 5 pence each.

As at 20 February 2012 to the best of the Company's knowledge and belief shareholders/managers with shareholdings equal to or in excess of three per cent of the Company's issued share capital were as shown below.

The figure of 4,926,150 shares disclosed below includes 1,157,300 shares in which Aberforth Partners are interested as a result of the discretionary investment management powers they can exercise over the funds of their clients but in relation to which they have no access to the voting rights.
